the staff showed really good attentiveness during breakfast i found them very informative about local attractions the air conditioning in my spacious room provided a welcome escape from the heat i appreciated the mix of self-serve and served options available for breakfast. i found the location convenient for exploring both santa cruz and macarena districts within the city center numerous shops restaurants and bars are easily accessible on foot i considered the area safe and enjoyed walking around. i particularly valued the proximity to key landmarks. i enjoyed visiting the excellent roman amphitheater.

i noticed slight street noise during peak hours.

I thought the hotel was so cute, it reminded me of a real boutique hotel despite being listed as a 1 star! the attention to detail really stood out to me and the super nice team too. i really loved the building that houses the hotel and the rooftop terrace. It was wonderful!

The stairs were a bit much for me. also, the air conditioning pointed right at the bed, so the cold air was a little unpleasant while sleeping. i had to adjust it.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome. Hotel staff were kind and very helpful. I walked directly onto the roof from my room and enjoyed the view. The room was very spacious. I only stayed for one night, but I definitely wished I could have stayed longer.
